What materials are used in your jewelry pieces?
Our jewelry is crafted from a variety of high - quality materials. We offer 14K and 18K gold plated, Sterling silver, Titainium, and Stainless Steel, ect. For gemstones, we source natural stones, also use a wide range of semi - precious stones like lapis lazuli, amethyst, turquoise, and citrine, ect. Each piece is carefully inspected to ensure the highest quality standards.
CUSTOMIZATION
Can I customize a jewelry piece on your website?
Yes, we offer customization options for some of our products. Simply select the "Customize" option on the website page and follow the prompts to create your unique piece. Our team will be in touch to confirm the details and provide an estimated production time.
SIZING GUIDE
How do I determine the right size for a ring or bracelet?
Please check our product description to see the size. For rings, you can use a ring sizer at home. Many local jewelry stores also offer free ring sizing services. If you're ordering a bracelet, we provide detailed length measurements in the product description. You can measure your wrist with a flexible tape measure and add a bit of extra length for comfort, usually around 0.5 - 1 cm depending on the style of the bracelet.

For Hong Kong Customers: We transact in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and accept the following payment methods:

ORDERS
Can I Change my address or Cancel My Order after placing an order?
All shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible by contacting our customer service and we’ll do as much as we can. An address change could be applied before your order has shipped. Please contact us directly via email oceanbliss.info@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line within 24 hours after order placing.
How can I track my orders?
When the ordered items have been delivered, you will receive an email with a mail number. You can also visit the website of the courier company to check the delivery status. Please be reminded that you will not be able to check the delivery status before receiving the mail number.
SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. For domestic orders, standard shipping usually takes 3 - 5 business days, while express shipping can arrive in 2 - 3 business days. International shipping typically takes 7 - 14 business days, but it may be subject to customs delays. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

- Domestic&Hong Kong: For orders exceeding HK$600 (after discounts)
- Oversea: For orders exceeding 200USD (after discounts)
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
What's the taxes and duites policy?
International customers (outside Hong Kong) are required to bear any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and other fees as determined by their local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to settle these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to provide specific information regarding the amounts of these fees, if applicable. For estimated charges and rates on packages from overseas, we recommend contacting your country's customs office.
Please be aware that OCEAN BLISS is not accountable for any shipping deliveries that may be impacted by customs, natural events, transfers from local carriers in your country, or disruptions in air and ground transportation.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return and exchange policy?
We wish you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the jewelry you have received have some quality problem, you can return it within 7 days. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging. For exchanges, we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange.
What should I do if I receive a broken item?
Please send a photo/video to oceanbliss.info@gmail.com together with your order number. We will replace your items according to the situation.Thank you for understanding.

JEWELRY CARE INSTRUCTIONS
How should I care for my jewelry to keep it looking its best?
For gold plated jewelry, avoid contact with harsh chemicals like bleach and perfumes. Clean them regularly with a soft, lint - free cloth. Sterling silver may tarnish over time; you can use a silver polishing cloth to restore its shine. Gemstone jewelry should be stored separately to prevent scratching. When not wearing your jewelry, keep it in a cool, dry place.
